Emotional wellness involves how we feel, think and cope with the challenges of life. Everyone experiences stress from time to time, so it is important to take care of your emotional and mental well-being. In this workshop, we will learn how to improve our emotional wellness and learn more about it. Space is limited – pre-registration is required by calling 204-477-1123. This is a women-only event.
