Join us for a fun, interactive series of workshops devoted to the art of self-care! Gratitude journals are used by individuals who wish to focus their attention on the positive things in their lives. During this workshop you will learn: What gratitude journals are; the benefits they pass on and how to create and maintain one! You will also get a chance to customize and decorate your own journal. Space is limited – Pre-registration is required by calling 204-477-1123. This is a women-only event. Childcare is not available. All supplies provided!
