In recognition of National Mental Health Awareness Week, this Fort Garry Women's Resource Centre workshop will cover the three causes of stress as it relates to your nervous system and overall health; techniques to help you adapt to stress more efficiently and; common foods that may be adding stress to your body and preventing you from reaching your wellness goals.
